By accessing our website or purchasing from Melore, you agree to the terms listed below.

Product Usage
Melore products including Perfumes, Body Wash, and Body Lotion are for personal use only. Commercial resale is not permitted without approval.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD orders may be cancelled if delivery attempts fail or if customer details are incorrect or unreachable

Exchange & Refunds

• Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect products
• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Proof such as images and unboxing videos is mandatory
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after verification

Order Responsibility
We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect customer-provided addresses.

Melore reserves the right to modify or update terms at any time without prior notice.
