Melore accepts returns only in cases approved under our Exchange Policy

Return Conditions

Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Returns due to personal preference, change of mind, or fragrance expectations are not accepted

Return shipping charges are paid by the customer unless the error is from our side

Return Process

  1. Contact Melore support team
  2. Share required proof if applicable
  3. Return product within 3 days if approved
  4. Replacement or refund is initiated after verification

Exchanges – Melore

Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product delivered is incorrect

Exchange Rules

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Proof via images and unboxing video is mandatory
  • Opened, used, or altered products are not eligible
  • Exchange does not apply to fragrance expectations or preference mismatch

Exchange Process

  2. Submit proof for review
  3. If approved, ship the product back
  4. Replacement is dispatched after verification
